Admission Policy

Admissions remain open throughout the year.  Students are welcomed at the  beginning of the academic session and after the summer vacation.  Being the only regular and recognized educational institution for Pakistani Community in the area, each and every Pakistani applicant is essentially accommodated. An admission test/interview is administered for the candidates by admission committee/ wing incharge. The age limit for admission in class one is 5 years and 9 months, on 1st April Vide Ministry of Education letter No. 2/4/87 dated 27-1-1424 H.  Applications for admission are accepted on the prescribed admission forms (enclosed). 

The following documents are required to be attached with the admission form: 

  1. Copy of Iqama/Passport –    Student (if copy of Passport is not available, then mother’s Passport showing name & date of birth of  student.)
  2. Nadra  NIC/Form -B.
  3. Copy of Iqama/Passport  –   Father and mother.
  4. Transfer/School Leaving Certificate.    (For admission to  Class  I – IX)
  5. Transfer/School Leaving Certificate and copy of Board Result Card (For admission from Class  X – XII).
  6. Copy of Migration Certificate (In case Passed IX, X, XI Examination from other Board.
  7. Photograph

Note: Please also bring VALID original Aqama/Passport of student at the time of  admssion. 

Medium of Instruction 

The medium of instructions in Pakistan International School, Riyadh is English.

ADMISSION POLICY 

Class IX 

It will be open but admission forms for Board Examination will not be sent to the FBI & SE on regular basis for those students

 a)    Who will not pass all subjects in Mid Term Examination.

b)    If aggregate will be less than 40%.

c)    If attendance will be less than 75%.

 

Class XI

 

In order to get admission in Class XI, following criteria will be observed:

 

a)         Pre-Medical / Pre-Engineering      =          Minimum    55%    marks in SSC Exam

b)         Science General                                    =          Minimum    50%    marks in SSC Exam

c)         Humanities/Commerce                    =          Minimum    45%    marks In SSC Exam
